Returns Policy.

IDAT Limited hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchases. If the product(s) IDAT Limited delivers are not what you ordered or are defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and IDAT Limited will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with its Returns Policy.

We will not refund any calling lists without senior management consent, We will expect you to return faulty goods before we refund or replace them to provide evidence of incorrect information.

IDAT Products are not subject to your statutory seven day cooling off period (Distance Selling Regulations 2000) as these only apply to consumers.

Postage Policy.

Although most of our products are delivered electronically the occasional item may be posted to you, we reserve the right to use our choice of postal service / courier but all prices include the cost of postage to you. If you purchase an item that requires posting we will post it to you within 5 working days, please allow another 5 working days for delivery.
